Private enterprises, the equity incentive equity in the form of allocation of the proceeds ofthe enterprise, to enhance the enthusiasm of the private enterprise operators, allowingcompanies to get more benefits of long-term incentives. This paper private enterprise’sequity incentives as the object of study, focused on the analysis of the basic principles andmechanism of action of private enterprise incentive stock options, the status ofimplementation by the operators of private enterprise in China equity incentive by privateenterprises in China equity incentive analysis, inspection, the system reveals the status ofimplementation of incentive stock options of private enterprises in China, and thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions put forward for equity incentives forprivate enterprises in China.Based on a combination of literature review and survey access, qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis of the combination method of combining normative and empiricalresearch, first an overview of the private enterprise incentive stock options theory, and thenintroduced the status quo of China’s private enterprises equity incentive analyze theexisting problems. On this basis, the incentive for private enterprises in China equityproblems, and countermeasures to the perfect incentive stock options of private enterprisesin China.
