Land is a natural-economic complex, it's restricted by regional difference of natural, social economy and ecological environment, which decide land property and the difference of land use. Therefore, it needs to form land-use regionalization to serve different purposes. It appears differences on land quality, use patterns, utilization feature, utilization direction and utilization potential, as a result, to develop and use land must select the appropriate region, which objectively calls for study on land-use regionalization. Reasonable regionalization can not only provide scientific basis for land use macro-control, but also for making general land use planning. As a result, the regional economic and social benefits can get the best combination, to develop location advantage of land resources, in the meanwhile, contradictions between departments that need land can also be coordinated. Then goals of social economy sustainable development and ecological environment virtuous circle can be reached.Land-use regionalization is the core and critical task of general land use planning. To take Minle County for an example, it's a typical oasis area. Based on differences of its natural, social economy, ecological environment and land use status employ factor analysis and GIS spatial analysis to study comprehensive regionalization of land use. Then according to suitability evaluation of agricultural land, overall coordinate each department plan, at the same time to connect with issued indicators, to divide the land use zoning of Minle County. At last using GIS overlay method to carry out spatial regulation zoning for construction land. To rest on characteristics of land resources and land use status to provide the regulating directions and regulation measures. In addition, three zonings were compared. The thesis includes the following nine chapters:Chapter I is introduction. It introduces the research background, research significance, as well as the main research contents, research ideas and research program.Chapter II is research summary. It introduces the research progress and status of land-use regionalization, its development course is divided into three stages. Meanwhile, the main research contents, characteristics, achievements and problems are summarized. Chapter III is theory summary of land-use regionalization, which introduces its concept, connotation and types; as well as, its purpose and significance. To take Minle County for instance, determine the zoning types that county planning related, provide basis and method that the research is needed.Chapter IV analyze the characteristics of land use in oasis, through the particularity of oasis system to sum up its general characteristics of land use.Chapter V introduces the basis of land-use regionalization. Analyzing the regional difference on natural environment, social economy and land use status in Minle County. At the same time, put forward its characteristics and problems of land use.Chapter VI is comprehensive regionalization of land use in Minle County. Quantitative methods and qualitative methods are both used in the research. From economic and social development, ecological environment, land use structure and land benefits to establish a evaluation system. Factor analysis is adopted to calculate the comprehensive level of land use in every township. In the meantime, GIS spatial analysis and geomorphologic map are applied to rectify the result, moreover, regulating directionsts are offered.Chapter VII is land use zoning. Firstly, to confirm the research step and method; secondly, to set up suitability evaluation index system for agricultural land, acquiring the scores and weight of factors by expert scoring. Consequently, suitability evaluation results can be obtained. Thirdly, to coordinate the issued indicators and department planning to divide the county into 9 land use zoning, besides give regulation measures.Chapter VIII is spatial regulation zoning for construction land. Mainly rely on GIS overlay method, by connecting with overall county town plan, small-town plan, eco-industrial parks plan, etc, to determine their development direction and scope, analyze their land use potential, furthermore, fully consider the indicator of rural-urban construction land use that is given. Finally to delimit boundary lines of each zoning and put forward regulation rules.Chapterâ…¨is the conclusion and expectation. The main research findings, innovations and inadequacies of the thesis are summarized, and then same recommendations in future research are given.
