Study On Sustainable Use Of Oasis Cultivated Land

Oasis farmland plays the important role in food security and regional ecological health. With the utilization of the oasis, the problem of the land desertification, salinization and land instability is more serious. Whether form the social and economic development aspects or from the ecological environment view, sustainable use of cultivated land is more urgent. Therefore, it has great significance in studying sustainable use of cultivated land in the oasis.On the base of study on the content of sustainable use of cultivated land and oasis of stability, absorbing the relevant research form home and abroad, the paper analyzes the sustainable use of cultivated land in the oasis and its influencing factors from both qualitative and quantitative aspects, and evaluates the oasis cultivated land by applying the methods of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation, then puts forward the constructive suggestions about the sustainable use of cultivated land in Jiuquan City. The paper is divided into six parts.Part one:the first part discusses the background and significance of choosing the tile, and reviews the research about the sustainable use of land and the oasis stability.Part two:this part analysis the notion about cultivated land, sustainable use of cultivated land in oasis, then elaborates the sustainable development theory, system theory and environmental load theory.Part three:the sustainable use of cultivated land in Jiuquan oasis and its influencing factors were discussed in detail.Part four:this part evaluates the sustainable level of cultivated land from 1997 to 2008 adopting the method of multi-factor comprehensive evaluation, and analysis the result.Part five:the suggestions realizing sustainable utilization of oasis land is proposed from the perspective of government, farmer, enterprise, other subjects.The last part:it is a summary of the paper.
