This thesis aims to search the practice-teaching integration of vocational , undergraduate and postgraduate courses on Hospitality Management in our country through the analysis of the current situation of these three levels.During the researching process, we adopted such methods as cultural heritage research, interview, logic reasoning and empirical analysis. The entire process relates to four sorts of analysis, which are the analysis of the training objectives, the current practice-teaching situation, the demand from hotels for talents from these three levels and the variance analysis of the former three factors. And then we conclude that this practice-teaching integration system could cultivate qualified talents.We stuck to the rationales of General System Theory and Control Theory, and put forward the whole scheme to realize the integration from target system, content system, management system and evaluation system. Besides, we took for an example College of Tourism of Huaqiao University, and explicated the content system of practice-teaching integration, which contains aspects as below:Firstly, the construction of the target system, which is based on the demand of hotel industry and in accordance with the educational principles of the state, as well as in combination with the teaching characteristics of different colleges.Secondly, the construction of the content system, which mainly includes: (a)the construction of practice-teaching scheme in the integration; (b)the practice-teaching in postgraduate level; (c)the collaboration of the practice-teaching in the three levels; (d)the realization of social services; (e)the training for pioneering ability of the three levels; (f)the collaboration of experimental research in the three levels.Thirdly, the construction of the management system. Fourthly, the construction of the evaluation system. From the above, it is abvious that the practise-teaching integration system on Hospitality Management from vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate levels is to cultivate comprehensive talents who are qualified for market demand.
