With the rapid development of tourism, tourist industry has become a new increasing point in the development of our economy. The great development of Lianyungang tourism directs the great demands of the talents in local tourist management and service However, the influence of the traditional high education ideas and the talent training mode is deep-rooted in the tourism high vocational education based on our general traditional high education. It still cannot cast off the effect of "attaching importance to theory, practice being slighted" 3-part course mode, which the serious separation exists between the teaching of theory and practice. The teaching of practice is especially weak and the training goal of tourist talents is difficult to realize. So there is a great misplacement in the talents trained in the tourism high vocational education and the talents criteria demanded in tourist industry. Thus it's very difficult for the graduates to find a job while the travel agency cannot find the satisfactory graduates and feel worried. This situation brings different pressure and damage to the students themselves, tourism high vocational colleges and tourist industry.
