The Research On Practice Teaching System Of Higher Vocational Hospitality Management

Hotel industry as a labor-intensive industry has a larger demand to both well-trained professional level and well-trained applied and technical talented workers, but recently the first line high-quality talents who cultivated by the higher vocational schools can not meet the demand of hotels'fast development. It exists in some extent disjointed phenomenon between supply and demand. Higher vocational hotel professional is also a strongly professional major of which is the practical teaching an important link and characteristics. In the rapid development of higher vocational education and social personnel mechanism unceasing improvement , whether or not a school's vitality can continue and students can stand out from the crowd in the fierce competition all depend on whether the school has perfect practice teaching system or not. 0ptimizing hotel professional practice teaching system in higher vocational schools plays a vital significance for improving the professional hotel students' practical ability, enhancing teachers' teaching level and meeting the development of hotel industry to talented person's demand.This article takes up mainly from the components of practice teaching system and their internal relations. In order to understand the higher vocational hotel professional practice teaching situation deeply the researcher does a survey of students, teachers and workers of hotel though the method of combining literature research, questionnaire and interview. The author analyzed the problem of the process of practice teaching activities and optimized higher vocational hotel professional practice teaching system on the base of investigating.This paper is divided into five sections. The first part of this paper is introduction mainly introducing the research background, the research significance, the research review, the research thoughts and the research methods. The second part is theoretical basis of higher vocational hotel professional. First, it introduced the research related theory and then defined the components of practice teaching system elaborating the theoretical basis of the practice teaching system. The third part is about a survey of the existing problems of higher vocational hotel professional practice teaching system. The fourth part is the subject of this thesis paper where is the characteristics of it. That is to say, the author started with the elements of practice teaching system and combined the characteristics of higher vocational schools and so as to propose specific optimization strategy to hotel professional vocational hotel professional practice teaching system. The fifth part is conclusion introducing the findings and the limitations.
