Since 2008, Quanzhou Post, gradually accelerating reformational pace, the Postal Savings Bank and the EMS has formally established. And that bring the formation of Quanzhou Post postal, banking and couriers three plates separate operation of development. Through effective professional reform, the Quanzhou Post enhanced operational efficiency and core competence and laid the solid foundation for further development.The postal financial services agency is one of important business of the post office. It's total revenue more than 60%. It's very important for the Quanzhou post's sustainable development which had been separated operation. However, the liability class of business-oriented of the Quanzhou financial agency industry faced the competitive market, only the implementation of effective marketing strategy can achieve the rapid development of the business of financial liabilities of the Quanzhou postal agency. This is why this article used the business of financial liabilities of the Quanzhou postal agency as its object of study. Used relevant marketing theory and analysis tools, combined the theoretical analysis and case studies and learned the advanced experience of developed countries, to carry out the studies of the marketing strategy.This article focused on the business of liabilities of the Quanzhou postal financial agency to analyze the situation, and summed up its characteristics and problems. With macro and micro environmental research, the use of SWOT analysis tools, set out the development of Quanzhou postal agency faces financial strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. On this basis, I proposed to take the difference of marketing strategies, and developed a detailed marketing strategy, Including marketing ideas, marketing goals, project marketing, channel marketing, sales promotion, and organizational management. Finally, I proposed the security programs when implementing the marketing strategy.The innovation of this article is as follows. The author studied the classic case of home and abroad, concluded the successful experiences of the case that about the Marketing strategies and tactics and used them as the basis for postal marketing strategy. Used the marketing theories to analysis the market and proposed the marketing strategies of the business of liabilities of the Quanzhou postal financial agency. By means of the industry analysis of competitors and combine postal customers with structural features of liability class of business to propose the marketing position of Small & Medium consumers.
