FORDOO(China) Garment Co., Ltd is a foreign specialization clothing enterprise With product development, design research, manufacturing, marketing. Company from the establishment to the present has a faster development pace, increasing sales. But with the external face of fierce competition, How can FORDOO gain the advantage in the competition,we need to develop a viable competitive strategy.Through the overview of the theoretical study of competitive strategy, we analyze FORDOO external and internal environment. The use of PEST analysis, five forces model, value chain analysis, SWOT analysis and other analysis tools identify the enterprise's competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges. Strategic plan through the use of quantitative matrix method, EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, and QSMP matrix, a comprehensive evaluation of alternatives, we obtained several kinds of competitive strategy business model; according to Blue Ocean Strategy ,analyze FORDOO value of innovation, the"rejection - reduction - increased - the creation"four to sit the character and the strategic layout chart; Through the strategic alignment of business development, we obtain competitive strategy choice. FORDOO competitive strategies are: improvement of the management mechanism; strengthening of the brand image; creation a network marketing; research and innovation. Finally, we described implementation of FORDOO competitive strategy choice.FORDOO as a representative of Min pai series, its competitive strategy, has a certain significance to the competition of Min , we hope to provide some experience to other companies.
