The paper starts from the genera analyze of cement industry marketing situation of Sichuan by using insights of macro economy, development of cement industry technology, environment protection practice and law. Then the paper goes to the discussion on supply and demand of cement industry. There are several factors will give affection on supply and demand. First, the newly happened earthquake requires rebuilt; Second, macroeconomic control to real estate industry makes the cement demand decrease; Third, more and more new cement manufactures; Fourth, the serious-polluted cement plants will be stopped cause they are against the law of environmental protection. All of these will be considered before I forecast the cement develop trend in the coming 3 to 5 years. As to the analyze of cement industry participants, I use Porter Model of five competitive force to give careful study on strategy character of main competitors and potential competitors, as well as the demanding character and development trend of targeting clients. SWOT also be used to analyze the strength and disadvantage of LFG Cement against its competitors, then identify the way for LFG Cement to stand its foot in marketing competition.I eventually drew the conclusion that LFG Cement will join the competition in the way of Difference Strategy by using both the theory of Marketing and Marketing Competition Strategy and the practice of the current cement industry situation of Sichuan province & LFG company. More than that, the paper also emphasize competition innovation is very important in Difference Strategy.
