Knowledge State System Of Knowledge-based Enterprises Dynamic Mechanism Of Evolution

Knowledge-based enterprises is a new form of business organization, which can adapt to the need of knowledge economy era . Due to its different competitive advantage from traditional enterprise's, it caused the attention of the academic and business. The competitiveness of knowledge-based enterprise is mainly from the enterprise knowledge and its effective management in knowledge , and with the expansion of the knowledge and the development of information technology, the knowledge-based enterprise needs to absorb new knowledge constantly, and then accumulate knowledge in order to maintain its competitive advantage. By knowledge flow to the knowledge stock to enterprise competitiveness, the key in the process of transformation is the knowledge workers. Therefore, in order to adapt to the changing environment, in the knowledge-based enterprise internal it forms a constantly improve knowledge-state system which the company is the carrier, and the knowledge workers are principal. The evolution and development of the whole system promotes the development of knowledge-based enterprises, and the level of knowledge-state system also shows the knowledge-based enterprise competitiveness in a certain extent. At present, the purpose of scholars'research on the knowledge-based enterprise and knowledge management, is to promote the competitiveness of knowledge-based enterprises, and find a larger development space for them.. But unfortunately, few people discuss the knowledge accumulation and the evolution process of the knowledge-state system from the angle of the whole enterprise. and discuss the relationship between this process and the enterprise competitiveness.Based on the analysis of the Self-organization and Hetero-organization characteristics of the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge- state system, this paper using the self-organization theory constructs its evolution model, in this premise, it discusses the dynamic structure and function of mutual relations of the knowledge-state system evolution from the aspect of main-body factors, resources factors, environmental factors, knowledge factors ,individual factors and the enterprise factors, and finally, it corresponding constructs the"SF"dynamical mechanism of the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge - state system. This paper points out that the external factors and internal factors both affect the evolution of the knowledge-based enterprise knowledge–state system, and the synergy of them promotes its development. Research on the dynamical mechanism of knowledge-based enterprises is good for further understanding the sources of enterprise's competitiveness, and brings some help to obtain sustainable competitive advantage for knowledge-based enterprises .
