Evaluation Model Based On The Core Enterprise Of Knowledge-based Supply Chain Knowledge Dynamic

With the development of economic and the refinement of Social division of labor, the supply chain has become one of the most important member in economic society. In the 21th century, the development of supply chain is short of driving power. Because factors of supply chain, such as logistics, finance flow and information flow etc, have been almost utilized sufficiently. Considering high transmit efficiency and low search cost, knowledge flow which had been neglected but existed in supply for a long time is recognized gradually for increasing corporation's benefit. If people want to take full advantage of knowledge which has been existed in supply chain, scientific evaluation of knowledge is indispensable. Dynamic character is the most important characteristic of knowledge flow. Besides, knowledge flow is dummy object. If supply chain wants to operate effectively, it must leech on to core enterprise which is the driving center in supply chain. So "The knowledge evaluation of core enterprise in supply chain" is the key point in this paper.On the base of the theory of knowledge management, knowledge flow and evaluative method of supply chain, this paper establishes the dynamic evaluation model of core enterprise in supply chain. This model that includes other organization inside the supply chain regards supply chain core corporation as a core, knowledge input quantity (including the demand degree of knowledge and the cooperation degree of knowledge) and knowledge input cost (including transaction cost and direct input cost) as total input, knowledge achievement and annual profits as total out put, and realize the evaluation of knowledge factors by building cross relationship between input and out put.And then this paper builds time-based DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) evaluation method, which is on the base of conventional DEA and ideal DMU (Decision Making Unit) Based on the research before, the paper builds output-only DEA method, which realizes dynamic DEA evaluation based on time, to express the dynamic character of time fact. So the method can explain the model reasonable.Finally, there is an example research. Using time-based DEA method and dynamic DEA evaluation method, the paper calculates the data and validates feasibility and science of the model. Using the result of example research, the paper summarizes the relationship between knowledge input facts and dynamic knowledge efficiency, which is helpful to reduce the knowledge cost, increase the knowledge efficiency and the final benefit of the core enterprise in supply chain.
