Research On The Internal Influence Mechanism And Evolution Of Knowledge System Of Knowledge-intensive Enterprise

Knowledge-intensive enterprises play an increasingly important role in the national innovation system.The development of knowledge-intensive enterprises will inevitably become an important part of economic development in China.Also,knowledge-intensive enterprises will become increasingly prominent in the role of building an innovation-oriented country,especially in the aspect of knowledge creation.The knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise is a complex and adaptive system composed of knowledge and its activities and related elements.Research on the knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise,we can analyze the role of knowledge in the innovation process better and promote the knowledge creation of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprises.In the context of this,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the internal influence mechanism and evolution issues of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise systematically and in-depth in order to enhance the sustainable competitive advantage of knowledge-intensive enterprises and improve the knowledge creation of knowledge-intensive enterprises.First of all,the thesis sorts out related domestic and foreign literatures,understands the related theories and connotations of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise.It also defines the concepts and characteristics of knowledge-intensive enterprises and knowledge system.The thesis proposes a knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise based on the previous scholars' research,in which knowledge sharing as the foundation,knowledge reuse as the supplement and knowledge creation as the ultimate goal.Secondly,the thesis defines the internal influence mechanism variables of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise,and clears the specific connotations of variables including knowledge characteristic,knowledge stock,knowledge distance,knowledge sharing,knowledge reuse and knowledge creation to determine the theoretical framework for the internal influence mechanism of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise.Afterwards,the thesis puts forward the hypothesis of theoretical research through the concrete analysis on the relationship between variables and establishes the theoretical model of internal influence mechanism of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise.Thirdly,the thesis establishes a structural equation model of internal influence mechanism of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise and explores the effects of various variables in the knowledge system based on the theoretical model and research hypothesis of the internal influence mechanism of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise.Through the analysis of fitting results on the structural equation model,it is concluded that the positive effect on the knowledge creation of knowledge stock through knowledge sharing and knowledge reuse ability is the main function path of the internal influence mechanism of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise.Then,the thesis establishes a Logistic model for knowledge sharing ability,knowledge reuse ability and knowledge creation ability of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise.And it takes knowledge sharing ability as the leading factor in knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise to discuss the dynamic evolution discipline of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise through the analysis of threshold condition and carry out simulation research and analysis.Simulation results show that knowledge sharing ability,knowledge reuse ability and knowledge creation ability of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise can achieve relatively convergence and orderly state in a relatively short period under the role of knowledge stock,and improving the knowledge stock of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise will be beneficial to the improvement of knowledge creation ability.Finally,according to the analysis of the internal influence mechanism of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise and the results of the evolution research,the thesis put forward countermeasures and recommendations of the development of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise from three aspects on building a knowledge system driven by knowledge creation,fostering evolution environment of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise and perfecting support policies of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise to encourage knowledge-intensive enterprise to strengthen the knowledge base further,guide knowledge-intensive enterprises to emphasize knowledge sharing and knowledge reuse,optimize the internal capability structure of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise,build and use the basis platform of informal knowledge exchange effectively,strengthen the talent cultivating required by knowledge-intensive companies for knowledge creation,and improve the intellectual property protection to ensure the earnings of knowledge system.It is expected to provide a theoretical guidance for the development of knowledge system of knowledge-intensive enterprise.
