Study On Construction Of Food Cold Chain Logistics Safeguard System In Chongqing

With the socio-economic development and the improvement of people's living standard, people pay more attention to food's security, convenience, timeliness, especially freshness of cold chain of fresh food, food cold logistics will gain more and more concern. Food cold chain logistics as a special kind of logistics, it directly determines the safety of chain food's production, distribution and consumption in the process. But at this stage, the delayed development of food cold chain logistics in Chongqing not only caused huge economic losses, but also poses a threat to food safety.Chongqing as an important growth poles in western region, the interior open heights, West transport hub, the"gourmet capital"in upper of the Yangtze River ,the important tourist cities in China, the consumption of fresh food, frozen products are relatively large ,therefore, the development space of food cold chain logistics is huge, but, there are many problems about the development food cold chain logistics ,it's urgent to establish specialized food cold chain logistics support system and the corresponding cold-chain logistics policy to ensure that the food cold chain logistics develops healthy and rapidly in Chongqing.This paper attempts to analyze the software and hardware development environment of the food cold chain logistics ,food chain logistics market supply and demand and its specific operation mode in Chongqing, based on which reveals some problems in cold chain developing ,and points out the key indicator factor which affects food cold chain logistic safeguard system construction in Chongqing using the AHP quantitative method , and then learn from foreign food cold chain logistics support system construction experience, combined with regional characteristics of the developing food cold chain logistics in Chongqing, put forward the basic thought, development target for food food cold chain logistic safeguard system construction, finally, this paper constructed food food cold chain logistic safeguard system which include improve the food cold chain logistics network, and cultivate the main food cold chain logistics, build food cold chain Logistics technology platform ,build food cold chain logistics policy platform .
