When people are not fully realizing and understanding the new generation of migrant workers, they've been taking to the stage of history and becoming one of the main of labor force. Now, one of the hot issues to managers and management scholars is how to manage and motivate the generation of migrant workers.Wood processing enterprises are the traditional labor-intensive enterprises, which are more than 60percent of new generation of migrant workers during the total number of employees. One of the important issues to enterprise managers in the wood processing is how to manage and motivate the new generation of migrant workers. The study is on the basis of management theory,through review the pre-researchers' literature, communication with the generation of migrant workers and questionnaires. Then we are discussing the problem of incentive management issues about the new generation of migrant workers.First, this study describes the background,purpose, meaning, definition the concept of the new generation of migrant workers and innovation.Secondly, through look up the literature data, interview employees and questionnaires extracting the factors of incentives for new generation of migrant workers in wood processing enterprises,and building a model of motivation theory about the new generation of migrant workers ,then by statistical analysis of survey data ,we classify the factors that will influence the structure of model of motivation theory.Thirdly ,we are analysis of research data, sorting the factors of incentives for new generation of migrant workers in wood processing enterprises, obtaining the most in need of incentives to them, and also discussing that the new generation of migrant workers judging the degree of subject to the incentives needs' difference during gender, age, marital status, hometown, whether the only child, education ,work experience, job nature and so on. Meanwhile ,we analysis the correlation about the perceived level of motivation and the extent of motivated to the new generation of migrant workers.Fourthly ,according to the above research proposing the incentive management programs for the new generation of wood processing enterprises ,namely, improving the condition of work ,implementation of a competitive pay system; enhance the image of corporate,full the attractiveness of their own play; create a good atmosphere of business, strengthen the culture of enterprises; focus on the factors of individual growth, establish the system of training and attractiveness of their own play; create a good atmosphere of business, strengthen the culture of enterprises; focus on the factors of individual growth, establish the system of training and learning; encourage the individuals to realize their values.Finally, we are further amending and verifying the theoretical model of motivation to the new generation migrant workers, and propose the lack of this study and prospects for future research.
