| Since reform and opening-up of china’s socialist market economy, migrant workershave made great contribution to the development of economy and the urbanizationconstruction. With the transformation of economic structure and system so as the migrantworkers subject, there emerge gradually the issue of the drawback of old managementmode and concept, which even lead to self-harm and crimes incident in new generationmigrant workers. In conclusion, there is an urgent need for the government and the circlesreviewing of the new generation migrant works.In this paper,with the reference of related theories, I adopt the methodology ofsystem analysis and case analysis that link the theory with practice, seeking for thesimilarities and differences between the new generation migrant workers and their elders.In order to make the managers have sufficient realize of theories of human nature, andhave a summary of HR management mode, person based management and principle ofmotivation, which will merit the reference and study for enterprises. Through fieldworks,interview and questionnaire, I see the current situation of new generation migrantworkers, which including payments, training and development, labor rights and careermanagement. With the analysis of those aspects above, I put up some advise in newgeneration migrant workers’ management for labor-intensive enterprise. The mainconclusion of this dissertation are as follows:1Enterprise should recognize the difference between the new generation migrantworkers and their elders on the regard of culture, idea and value and so on. The newgeneration migrant workers got an long education, have an merits of higher quality ofculture, positive idea. They are pursue after higher quality of life. Enterprise should notkeep to the beaten track of old management concepts and methodology for the newgeneration migrant workers.2enterprise need to transfer the management concept, maintaining the policy ofpeople-oriented, enriching the migrant workers’ leisure and cultural life, showing lovingcare for the growing of migrant workers.3Enterprise safeguard the rights and interests of migrant workers according to the laws, ensuring the rights of the migrant workers are not violated.4The new generation migrant workers featured low sustain ability, highself-esteems, which easily cause psychological problems. So enterprise need to enhanceeducation in mental health.5The new generation migrant workers want rooted in the city, unwilling to back torural areas. Enterprise need to enhance technical education, promote the whole quality ofculture, which is of great significance to the economic development and social stability. |
