With the continuous development of society and economy,China has gradually become the largest manufacturing country in the world,and one of the important factors supporting China's rapid economic development is large-scale rural migrant workers.Born in 90 s 80,the new generation of migrant workers,has gradually become the main force of rural migrant workers,different from the traditional migrant workers,their expectations for the future,the realization of self value and life changing situation will be more intense,some new ideas,the pursuit of work has become a major driving force for selection.At present,the comprehensive quality and employment requirements of the new generation of migrant workers generally improved,but the enterprise in the actual operation of the process,and there is no time to adjust and respond,they can not effectively meet the employment needs,leading to the current problems,such as low turnover rate high loyalty of the new generation of farmers occurred.Therefore,how to take measures to achieve effective incentives for the group,and to stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative has become the focus of attention of enterprises and society.Through the analysis of the current generation of migrant workers incentive background and research status at home and abroad,the concept and characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers is discussed,and on the basis of content based incentive theory incentive theory and process type,from the four aspects of salary,work and training,enterprise humanistic care and amateur life and labor the relationship and social security,expounds the present situation of incentives to enterprises and the problems of the new generation of migrant workers.Then,the new generation of migrant workers incentive factors,humanistic factors,living factors,enterprises with the self growth and realization factors,contents and value factors and population factors are the main factors influencing the new generation of migrant workers incentive.Maslow through the analytic hierarchy process,the Tecsun employees the value management mode analysis,summarizes the incentive mode of experience.Finally,from the promotion of the new generation of migrant workers,to provide social and material incentive level security,improve the focus on staff development,carry out targeted training,enrich the new generation of migrant workers amateur spiritual life and create a good human environment is put forward from five aspects of the new generation of migrant workers incentive improvement measures,and improve the performance management and welfare system security,internal environmental protection and enterprise union safeguards.Study on the new generation of migrant workers incentive mechanism,find the factors can directly affect the behavior of the new generation of migrant workers,improve employee incentive program through a series of promotion of the new generation of migrant workers work enthusiasm and satisfaction,for operational efficiency and market competitiveness of enterprises to enhance the power of the support.Through the study of the new generation of migrant workers incentive factors,in order to provide reference for improving the new generation of migrant workers and improve the incentive mechanism,the new generation of migrant workers employment environment,improve employee loyalty,promote the sustained and healthy development of enterprises.
