Research On Farmers' Willingness To Involve In Forest Biomass Energy Explortation In Hubei Province

The dual pressure of energy crisis and environmental crisis makes government to actively develop renewable, clean energy. With the excellent performance,the utilization of forest biomass energy has more and more attention, and become a razor for the world to solve its energy crisis. In the field of biomass energy, the developed countries at the forefront, the United States, the European Union and some other countries have a relatively stable market about biodiesel and fuel ethanol,and achieve the level of industrialization. Forest biomass energy as new things in our country, its technology is not so developed and forest biomass energy industry is still in its infancy, despite our government take great attention to promote it. The industry not only lags behind in the forthputting of technology than some developed countries,but also have serious constraints on raw material supply, so cultivating a certain amount of energy forest has become one of the key issues for the development of forest biomass energy industry. Meanwhile, the domestic forest biomass energy studies are focused on the technical side, the economic aspect of the system is relatively little, and the study of forest biomass energy systems are not formed. Therefore, this article choose the farmers as the research object, in the context of energy security and food security, and use agricultural economics,the theory of sustainable development and Logistic regression model to analyze the factors that impact farmers involving in forest development, and find an answer for the promotion of forest biomass energy industry development. Main contents and the main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the dissertation studied the status of the development and utilization of forestry biomass energy.The research shows that it's urgent to develop the forestry biomass energy since it has become an effective way to coordinate energy security and food security. The development of the forestry biomass energy, such as forestry bio-solid fuel, forestry bio-liquid fuel, has certain superiority in resource and technology,some projects even have entered demonstration stage. However, there are many issues on overall development of the industry which lead to the industry is still at the start stage and have large gap to industrial, such as market circulation blocking and unsound legal system, and farmers having little willness.Secondly, analysis the factors that affect farmers'willness of participating forest development and utilization of biomass energy. I draw on previous research results and experience, combine with the survey of typical area data to study how the farmer's personal characteristics, family characteristics and behavior of government affect farmers in the field of forest biomass energy development and utilization of Intention, and sort of the key factors that affect the will of famers participating development and utilization in the biomass energy industry, so that we can provide suggestions for promoting the development of forest biomass energy industry.Thirdly, empirical analyses on foresters participate in the development of forestry biomass energy. Based on a survey in Hubei province, the dissertation analyzed influence factors during the development of forestry biomass energy with the Logistic regression model. There are two ways for the government to promote the development of forestry biomass energy. On the one hand, it's necessary for the government to establish preferential policy to ensure products sales and achieve the interests of all parties. And on the other hand, the government should correct people's awareness on conventional energy development and environmental protection of the public to promote farmers'willness.Fourthly,on the basis of the first article abort the factors of affecting farmers involving in forest biomass energy development and utilization of factors, I find ways to improve farmers' willness participating in forest development and utilization of biomass energy, so that we can promote the development of forest biomass energy industry.
