Biomass as a renewable energy, the development on the one hand can effectively relieve the energy crisis, optimize the structure of the traditional energy, improve the unreasonable conditions and protect the environment, on the other hand, can guarantee our province have long relied on coal resource development mode of economic growth.Shanxi province as one of our country coal-rich province, for a long time its coal resources has been exploited excessively. On the current situation, adjust energy structure, looking for renewable resources instead of coal resource status are imminent. Forestry biomass energy as a kind of typical biomass energy and its development becomes the effective measures to relieve the contradiction between the shortage of energy and the economic growth. Especially, the state-owned forest is rich in forest biomass and certain technical. The development of biomass energy has become the opportunities and challenges.This article establishes a state-owned forest biomass in Shanxi Province as the research object on the basis of the anatomy about the development of forest biomass, according to our country’s policy and trend of energy development. Putting the state-owned forest in Shanxi Province as the breakthrough point, this article explores ways for the forest biomass energy industry development in Shanxi state-owned forest, by studying the situation、structure and development of space about Shanxi state-owned forest biomass. The strategic goals of sustainable development of state-owned forest will be implemented, on the basis of that economic growth forest is guaranteed. Aim at forest region economy development; adjust the structure of forest region and the province’s energy as the goal. This article proposed two ways, which is for the state-owned forest area in Shanxi province, to the development of the industrialization of biomass energy, and analyzed the resources present situation and development space of forest biomass. The development of biomass energy industry is on the basis of make full use of the existing forest resources, it not only regulate the energy consumption structure, and can promote the forest and the employees’ income, but also can effectively protect the environment to ensure the harmonious society new forest region target as soon as possible.
