According to the prediction of UN Department of Energy,it shows that by 2050,biomass will account for more than 50% of total global human energy consumption.China's energy environment facing: lacking of fossil energy,high dependence on foreign energy and security dilemma fragility.Therefore,development of renewable energy has become the only way;forest biomass has great energy efficiency,economic and environmental benefits;while the development of biomass energy in China is not only by "not competing with food,not with the food fight," the constraints of environmental policy,but also the level of wood fiber technology,the lack of development efforts compared to international trends;now and in the next period of time,the new energy will be based on wind power,nuclear power,hydropower and solar;but the promotion and application of the third generation of biomass energy technologies provide historical opportunities for the development and utilization of forest biomass.How much is potential forest biomass? How large is the industrial scale forest biomass energy? How much can we get for economic,energy and environmental benefits by using 3rd generation biomass? What priority development order is to promote the use of technology? What effects do the constraints of regional social,economic and natural resources and the environment,promote the use of biomass technology for? What are industrial development paths and how to implement? By tracing and referencing literature China's actual situation,and sorting out the relevant measurement methods,mathematical modeling,simulation and applying scenarios for the development of forest biomass energy industry to explore:(1)Considering the structure of forestry,whether logging slash retains soil fertility and development of three kinds of ecological factors,the paper designed 11 kinds of scenarios to explore the potential of forest biomass and analyze the effect of the validity of different factors,therefore putting forward the corresponding construction and development for forestry biomass energy industry.At the same time,considering the collection,transportation and storage technology,the paper is to explore the actual situation of the industrial raw material supply of forest biomass.The role of reversing ecological structure is small while logging slash retention policy reversing effect is large.Enhancing soil fertility levels can significantly increase the potential of biomass,having a positive effect;compared with the traditional method of measuring,forest biomass potential ecological considerations were 1.04-1.17 times the traditional theoretical value in the primary years,and 1.16-1.38 times and 1.13-1.37 times;the further consideration of the technical level,the potential of forest biomass is 72.41%,81.32% and 81.03% of the traditional theory of measurement.(2)Based on technical progress,the paper considered three typical third-generation biomass technologies for forest biomass to be fully developed,to explore the scale of economic,environmental and energy efficiency for forest biomass energy industry.Meanwhile,according to the scale of benefits for three analyzed techniques,in order to provide a reference for the development of our technology path of industrial development.Biomass gratification of biomass gas preparation technology in the energy,economic and environmental benefits are beneficial to be highlighted as a priority developing path;secondly,it provides upgrading technology preparation of biomass fuel for biomass pyrolysis bio-oil,biomass gratification;finally,it is translated to preparation biomass fuel technology.(3)Taking Chongqing as an example,the paper analyzed the scale of development for the regional forest biomass energy and assessed the environmental effect of the regional forest biomass energy.Based on technical alternatives,the paper designed three different designing alternatives scale scenarios and explored developing trends under different levels of development of Chongqing for forest biomass energy industry.Based on these,we gave recommendations.Regional energy supply status can change the order of priority to the development of biomass energy technology.In Chongqing,technology developing path should give priority to the development of biomass hydrolysis bio-oil upgrading preparation of biomass fuel,biomass gratification,the preparation of biomass fuel secondly,,and finally the preparation of biomass gratification of biomass gas.The extent of forest raw material development will directly affect the development of biomass energy industry.
