With China's real estate system reform, the real estate market has gradually turned from planned economy to market system with market regulation primarily, the macro-control auxiliary and the real estate industry also has become a new economic growth point and has made great contribution to the sustained economic growth of our country. However, with the overheat development of the real estate market, house prices have started to sustainable growth and it has brought serious threats to the development and stable of social economy. Though the country has issued a series of macroeconomic regulation and control policy to control house prices too fast growth, but there were no effect. Therefore, this article analyzes the mechanism and the degree of the influence of the land supply market on the real estate market mainly from the angle of real estate supply and reveals the internal operation rule to strive to guide macro-control of the real estate market in theory and practice and prompted the real estate market healthy and sustained stable development.This paper first understand the research achievements, progress and insufficiency of the influence of the land supply market on the real estate market and familiar with relevant theoretical knowledge through reading and analyzing the domestic and foreign relevant literature. Secondly, qualitative analyze the influence of the land supply market on the real estate market theoretically. Again, collect the related data of the land supply market and real estate market of Wuhan city center and empirical analyze the influence of the land supply market on the real estate market through graphic analysis and partial correlation analysis, time analysis and regression analysis. The results show that:(1) the land supply area and commodity house completion area are positively correlated in the same year in Wuhan city center, influence coefficient of 0.426; the land supply area two years ago and commodity house completion area also are positively correlated, influence coefficient of 0.185. (2) the land supply area and commodity house average price are positively correlated in the same year, influence coefficient of 1.359; the land supply area two years ago and commodity house average price are negative correlated, influence coefficient of-0.366. (3) the land supply of economy applicable room and commodity house average price are positively correlated; the completion area of economy applicable room and commodity house average price also are positively correlated; but the completion area of villa and top grade apartment house and commodity house average price are negative correlated. Finally, put forward suggestions about how to scientific utilization of land supply market regulating the real estate market according to the study's conclusion.
