The Land Evaluation could provide the basis for scientific land use planning, rational development, utilization, improvement and protection of land resources, the results of evaluation was true or not, determined the future level of the rational use of land resources, as well as the use of land resources could achieve social, economic and ecological benefits of the unity of the three. Through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system of evaluation of land resources and land-workers had been accepted by scholars. In the construction of land evaluation model, the evaluation index weights affect the land evaluation results to determine the most critical factor for real, but indicators subjectivity of determining the weights, the right did not form a unified way, so its study is of great significance. On the case of the land development potential evaluation of Yongdeng County and Gaolan County of Lanzhou city , this paper overviewed the methods of Index Weighting of land evaluation , introduced and analyzed the objective and subjective methods. Then, based on the same indicators and standardized, using five different methods of objective to evaluate the land development potential of different regions, and the stability of the introduction of the weight space indeed the right approach for five models compared. The results showed that: 1)This paper made a preliminary discussed to the land evaluation indicators of objective weighting methods, based on five methods of objective weighting the factor analysis, gray correlation, entropy method, coefficient of variation and maximizing deviation method to the different regions on empowerment evaluation and comparative analysis of the empirical research.2)In the same region, we used different ways to make an analysis, which showed that different ways to empower the same region of the different weight values, and the fluctuating trends and fluctuations of the difference equally. Data structure had a major impact on the empowerment results in the same case of weights. 3) under the same evaluation index system and standardized method, the same weights method in different regions did not reflect the consistency in which the same weights method in a different scope of application of different spatial scales.4)Through comprehensive comparative analysis, we concluded that the most stable and good agreement method of five objective methods is variation coefficient...
