Study On The Weighting Approach In Land Use Evaluation In Development Zones

Land intensive use evaluation in development zones is a combined evaluation.It is very important to the zone planning, construction and development. There are many factors impact on the outcome of the evaluation in development zone,and the most crucial factors are both construction an evaluation index system and choosing the methods in which weights be got. The evaluation in development zones belongs to the multi-index evaluation that can be divided into subjective and objective weighting method. At present the subjective weighting method in the development of intensive land use evaluation has been widely used, and have achieved certain results. The objective weighting method to the original survey data require a higher accuracy, so use less. This article based on empowers the multi-index method at home and abroad theory and practice relevant to the study, and maximum entropy theory and from the difference function make further exploration to the methods of weighting approach in land intensive use evaluation in development zone, and study in Yuhuan Economic Development Zone to do empirical research.This thesis consists of six parts.The first chapter analyzes the overall situation of intensive land use and development zones intensive land use evaluation of the status quo, clear the need for study of empowerment the zone of intensive land use evaluation the multi-index evaluation method of empowerment,and reviewed of the urban land intensive use of the evaluation at home and abroad,and clarify the idea of this study and methodology.The second have defined the content of land intensive use in development zone, and in location theory, land prices and rent theory, urban planning theory, sustainable development theory, etc. related theories as a guide, analysis of the characteristics of intensive land use zone, clear zone of intensive land use evaluation system,and laid a theoretical foundation for the method of the intensive land use evaluation empower.The third focused on studying the Land Development intensive use of the evaluation index system and empowerment approach.The fourth analyze the advantages and disadvantages of objective or subjective weighting method, and introduce the value from the difference function and the concept of entropy , to establish intensive land use evaluation empowerment model from a statistical point of view based on entropy values and away from the difference function.The fifth make full use of the land-use Development Zone, Yuhuan County, surveys and intensive utilization of evaluation results , for example,in Economic Development Zone, Yuhuan County, the use of entropy-based value and the deviation function is a combination of assigning method to calculate land-intensive use of the evaluation index weights; The sixth is based on the chapter fifth, the results of a comparative analysis of the various empowered, and to empower the basis of the results of combined to do a comprehensive assessment and analysis status of intensive utilization of land inYuhuan County Economic Development Zone.The final chapter discusses the problems in the process of empowerment and proposed solutions.
