After decades of profound institutional reform and economic transformation,China's total economic output remains at the world's leading edge. However,we should see that the rapid economic development has led to the rapid expansion of urban land use to the surrounding areas, collective land acquisition and house demolition policies have become an important guarantee for stable urban construction land supply. In the process of implementing the land acquisition and resettlement policies, the property rights and interests of peasant groups have been continuously violated, resulting in problems such as forced demolitions, resistance to liberation, petitions, and conflicts between police and civilians. The collective incidents caused by land acquisition have become an important risk hidden danger affecting the social harmony and stability of our country. Therefore,we must continue to analyze and study the development mechanism of the mass incidents caused by land acquisition. However, the existing literature has paid more attention to the specific reasons for the conflict of land acquisition and demolition, and few scholars focus on the study of the evolutionary mechanism of the collective events caused by land expropriation, and research based on the perspective of farmers' psychology is even rarer. Moreover, the existing land acquisition social stability risk assessment index system lacks consideration of the psychological level impact indicators of the affected groups.Based on this, this paper uses the six elements of the value accumulation theory as the analytical framework to study the psychological incentives and development mechanisms of the land expropriation group incidents, and attempts to use Game Theory,Social Identity Theory, and Group Psychology Theory to explain the psychological evolution mechanism of demolished groups in this process.Secondly, based on the study of demolished demographics in the mass incidents triggered by land acquisition, this paper attempts to improve the existing social assessment system of land expropriation risk assessment from the perspective of rights defending farmers.First, the third chapter separately analyzes the psychological incentives for the occurrence of mass incidents in land acquisition from the macro level and the micro level. From the macro perspective, using the first two factors of the six-factor analysis framework of the value-accumulation theory—structural incentives and structural tensions,we explored the social structural changes in China that resulted in underlying people' s relative deprivation, unbalanced and social anxiety and other negative emotions; From a micro perspective, game theory is used as an analytical tool to explain the disadvantaged status of displaced rural households in the demolition of rural housing, and land rights have been violated by powerful groups. As the dissatisfaction of the demolished groups continues to accumulate, they form a general belief in distrust and hatred of the local government at the individual level. This is the necessary emotional accumulation process for the occurrence of mass incidents in land expropriation in the fourth chapter.Secondly, the fourth chapter uses the last four factors of the value-adding theory as an analytical framework to try to analyze the mechanism of the clustering of people at different stages of the collective events triggered by land acquisition. The use of the wisdom pig game theory to analyze the "free rider" behavior of individual rights defending villagers, and based on this, explains the principle of the generation of opinion leaders; The use of relevant theories of social psychology to analyze the influence of social situations, social(peer)pressure, and rights-defense mentality on the promotion of disadvantaged villagers clustering into small groups(ie,the motivational mechanism for individual development as a small group);Analysis of the influence of the public mindset, group occultation and group sentiment contagion mechanisms on the formation of large-scale groups(ie,the motivational mechanism for the development of small groups as scale groups). In addition, this chapter discusses the possible destructiveness of different populations at the scale stage.Afterwards, the fifth chapter takes the "Guangdong Wukan Incident" as an analysis case, and uses the six progressive factors of the value accumulation theory as the narrative framework for the development of the Wukan mass incidents. The above-mentioned crowd gathering mechanism is used to analyze the individual farmers in the Wukan incident. The psychological driving mechanism that gathers in a short time.Chapter six selects the common indicators used by existing scholars in the social stability risk assessment process of land acquisition, and combines the research on the psychological evolution mechanism of social risk in this paper. From the perspective of social psychology, the existing social risk assessment index system for land acquisition is improved. Finally, the seventh chapter, based on theoretical analysis and case analysis results, proposes to prevent or reduce the social stability risk of land acquisition from the aspects of social psychological prevention, perfection of land acquisition laws and regulations, improvement of farmers' interests appeal-communication-response mechanism, and establishment of healthy values. The eighth chapter is the summary and prospect of this study.
