The 21st century is the era of a knowledge-dominant economy. The most important resource in this era is human resources. The improvement of an organization talent attraction can promote the organization to acquire excellent talent resources and to improve the performance of an organization. Many scholars pay attention to the research of organizational performance, but researches on the relationship among organizational attributes, organizational attractiveness and organizational performance are still rare, especially in the hospitality industry. In this research, the author discusses the relationship among organizational attributes, organizational attractiveness and organizational performance. On the basis of extensive literature review, the author uses SEM to test the relationship among the aforementioned variables and the results indicate that:(1) Organizational attributes are composed of three components: human resource management, corporate culture and corporate reputation. (2) Organizational attributes directly affect organizational attractiveness. Organizational attractiveness directly affects organizational performance. (3) Organizational attributes directly affect organizational performance, and organizational attributes are also positively and indirectly related to organizational performance through organizational attractiveness. This study enriches the theory of organizational performance in the hospitality industry. The findings will help hotel managers draw attention to the importance of human resources management, corporate culture and corporate reputation. Also the managers should pay attention to the organizational attractiveness in order to improve hotel performance.
