Organizational narcissism is based on the psychology of narcissism and description of the features of the organization at the organization level, is a kind of complex structure characteristics of great research value. Therefore, this research has researched organization narcissism and the influence of organizational commitment and organizational attractiveness, on account of Xu Xiaoli’s organizational narcissism model and improve her theory.This research collected 315 samples from Guangxi, Guangdong, Henan, Shaanxi, Beijing etc to analysis organizational narcissism of organizational commitment and organizational attractiveness, the conclusions as follows:1. The organization narcissism has negative effect on organizational commitment, organizations should try to control and lead to organizational narcissism phenomenon; Data analysis denied the hypothesis that self admiration produces positive effects on organizational commitment;2. Organizational narcissism has negative effect on organizational attractiveness, organizations should try to control and guide narcissistic phenomenon, making organizations to produce positive appeal;Data analysis denied the hypothesis that self admiration produces positive effects on organizational attractiveness;3. In the process of organizational narcissism affect organizational commitment, organizational attraction is intermediary effect.In the process of organizational narcissism’s three dimensions affect organizational commitment’s five dimensions, organizational attraction has different mediation effect.
