Research On Green Is And It's Index System

A global survey of the United Nations clearly shows that sustainable development is the most important issue to dominate the future development of people. As the goal of global harmonization sustainable development has been incorporated into their strategies by more and more organizations. As a powerful tool to achieve economic growth information system has provided a certain amount of convenience for organizations to achieve the economic sustainable development. Green information system has aroused wide concern for traditional information system inevitably has some bad impact on the environment in the run-time.This thesis does a research on the evaluation of green information system for a more in-depth. First of all, it studies green information based on systematically summarizing the theory of sustainable development and evaluation of information systems. Then, the paper establishes a set of appraisement system of green information system from the perspective of sustainable development. Finally, it uses the appraisement system to evaluate information system of a specific enterprise in order to check it met the goal of sustainable development. The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part of the thesis covers chapters one and two. In this section, we introduces the research background, significance and main research questions, and expresses the thesis structure and research process firstly; Secondly, it reviews the achievements about the theory of sustainable development home and abroad from its proposing, main content and the important goal; Finally, it introduces the research results about green IT an green IS at home and abroad and summarizes the development trend of green IS.The second part of the thesis covers chapters three and four. Firstly, the author illustrate characteristic of green information system; Then, it establishes a set of appraisement system of green information system from the technical level, system performance, application, operation, cost-effective, social benefits; Finally, it uses empirical data to validate the established appraisement system, and we get the final appraisement system of green information system.The third part of the thesis covers chapter five. The author uses the appraisement system to evaluate information system of some specific enterprises since we have studied the theory of green information systems and its evaluation appraisement system. It uses AHP to determine the weight of each index and uses fuzz comprehensive analysis method to evaluate the enterprises separately, and further verifies the feasibility and reasonability of the appraisement system.
