In recent years,the problem of greenhouse effect and environmental pollution has received great attention.All enterprises have more social responsibilities to protect the environment from pollution.Green products have been extended to all industries,especially the manufacturing industry.The manufacturing industry not only promotes social and economic development,but also brings negative impacts to the environment.As the national government pays more attention to environmental issues,enterprises are forced to actively implement green practices,which on the one hand meet the regulatory requirements,and on the other hand improve the competitive position of enterprises in the market.However,due to the late start of green supply management research,most enterprises have not been able to better realize the relationship with suppliers and apply it to enterprises scientifically,which has a certain gap with the true green supply management.From the perspective of resources and capabilities,a single enterprise has neither the ability nor the resources to achieve green products in the product life cycle,so it needs to conduct detailed management with suppliers of supply chain stakeholders.This paper tries to solve the problems in green supply management and how to solve the problems in green supply management by combining theory with practical enterprise analysis,so as to help enterprises integrate suppliers in the supply chain to achieve further development,further realize the greening of the whole supply process,and improve the reputation of enterprises.In this paper,by reading the relevan t literature on green supply chain management,green supply management,and green collaboration at home and abroad,and systematically sorting it out,I have learned about the research status of green supply chain management,green supply management,and practical activities of green supply management.this paper conducted field investigation on L company and investigated the current situation of green supply management of L company.It concluded that the key problems of L company in green supply managemen t mainly include:unreasonable indicator system of green supplier selection,inadequate green monitoring and low green collaboration level.Aimin g at the problems existing in the green management of L company,the corresponding solutions were put forward,including the construction of green supplier evaluation index system,the construction of all-round green supervision mechanism and the construction of green cooperation mechanism.Finally,th e paper provides guarantee measures for the successful implementation of green supply management from three aspects of thought,resources and actions,so as to ensure the successful implementation of green supply management of L company.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide ideas for other green supply management and related fields of manufacturing industry or non-manufacturing industry,and finally provide beneficial reference for green supply m anagement research.
