| With the rapid development of information technology, the competitions of enterprises turn to their supply chains. This makes the enterprises emphasis on supplier management more than other to improve their competitiveness. BX company, Ltd. is a high-tech company which is main for production and sales of pets'electronic products. Although the enterprise owns the good prospects, it also has to face the fierce market competition. Therefore, only by enhancing the management level of BX company, Ltd. and evaluating its supply system, the enterprise can have the competitive advantage.In this paper, there are three problems in supplier management of BX company, Ltd. which are very important. They are supplier selection, risk assessment and performance measurement. By investigation of experts,the index systems which are suitable for these three evaluation are found. Analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive method and Grey clustering are used to evaluate the three problems. The results show that these three methods can deal the suppliers management in good solution results. This will provide the appropriate decision basis for Boxin Industrial Co., Ltd. in supplier management.(1)Supplier Selection of BX company. A set of supplier selection indexes is created by expert survey which includes price, quality, flexibility and logistics. The weights of each index are gained through Analytic hierarchy process. And a case of supplier selection of BX Company is studied.(2)Evaluation of supplier risk of BX company The supplier risk indexes are founded based on discrimination of the supplier risk factors of BX company Probabilities and losses of the supplier risk factors are estimated by questionnaires. fuzzy comprehensive method is used to evaluate the supplier risk. And a case of risk evaluation is studied.(3)Evaluation of supplier performance of BX company. A set of evaluation indexes of supplier performance is created by expert survey. The weights of each index are gained through Analytic hierarchy process. And grey clustering is used to evaluate the performance. |
