| As urbanization organic carriers, land has an important strategic position. So it's the simplest principle that if there is no land , there is no the development of city. The space of urban sustainable development is a fundamental premise and an important guarantee for the purpose of Better City, Better Life. However, it generates severe problems in an era of land insecurity which hinders the further development of the city, even threatens the lives of mankind. It is necessary to strengthen conservation and intensive use of land, especially when the value of underground space have been proved to be one kind of precious resource in practice. In order to cope with the negative effects caused by development of ground space in urban development process, it is remarkable that foreign countries are making full use of underground resource by the advanced theory and technique.The development of urban underground space is good for not only land intensive utilization but one of the most effective ways to solve major restricted factors. Our country is still in the preliminary stage of studying the utilization of underground space. In the near future, the utilization of the underground space will become a significant research topic in academic field. Particularly CBD requires developing and using underground space resources to offset the scarcity of land resource under construction. The paper combines theory with practice, extends discussion surrounding some land use issues of CBD after summing up and reviewing on the theoretical work made by scholars. With basis knowledge of urban planning which is a guarantee for underground space development, it discusses the exploitation and utilization of underground space development through the research of Xiangluo Bay Business Zone. At last, the paper discusses the development of underground space in the future and provides reasonable suggestions about carrying out the intensive use of urban land in order to provide a reference for CBD. |
