Research On Development And Application Of Land Along Underground In Xi'an

With the rapid development of economic and urbanism, the subway has become a kind of effective forms and an inevitable choice in city. But in our country, the motion of the subway in many cities is not very successful, the reason is the investment and motion fee is too high but the economic beneficial result is too small. How to return the land benefit along the underground to the subway will be a big problem which should be solved immediately, so the research on development and application of land along underground appears necessary and urgent.Fist the paper analyzed and studied the theory of the land exploitation and utilization, with the base of the research of our country and the others, put forward the conception of the land exploitation and utilization, then summarized and elaborated the related theory, the relationship between the underground line and the land along it, the corridor effect of the underground line and TOD theory.Secondly the paper analyzed and studied the successful experience and model in the world.At last, the paper analyzed the land exploitation and utilization of the Xi'an underground line, being aimed at the particular geographical conditions and human condition and combing the experience of our country and the others, put forward the rational exploitation and utilization suggestion.
