Research On The Countermeasures Of Tianjin Rural Roads Construction And Maintenance Management

Rural road is an important part of road network, is an extension, expand and complement of trunk highways, and is also the tie and spatial connection among counties (districts), townships(towns) and villages. Rural road is important basic facility for countries and farmers, which activate agricultural economic development, has important supporting functions to protect famers'basic living and productive conditions, so it has been played an important supporting role in the construction of socialist new countryside. The research on the rural road construction and maintenance management has always been the hot issues and common concerns of government at all levels, highway departments, the academic and the relevant social aspects.This research object of this thesis is Tianjin rural road construction and maintenance management. Specifically including: perfect the construction and maintenance responsibility system of rural road, strengthen rural road development planning research, improve the effectiveness of the implementation of rural road construction, broaden the financing channels for construction and maintenance of rural road, optimize the operational mechanism of maintenance and management of rural road, promote the coordinated development of rural road construction, maintenance and management, strengthen rural road development and assessment functions etc..
