The main purpose of this research is to analyze the enterprise F's management pattern. Enterprise F grows so rapidly that the development surmounts Revenue Ceiling Theory which regular company may meet. We hope this study can raise up the management inspiration of other company.Five chapter are defined in this study. First is introduction to clarify the study background, purpose ,method ,structure and main innovative points. Second chapter is the operation management introduction which we can understand the definition and the purpose of operation management and the reason that influence the efficiency of operation management .The main part of this study is the third chapter .We separated eight sections to introduce and conclude enterprise F's operation management specialties. The forth chapter is the conclusion & suggestion .We combined between enterprise F'S management specialties and regular management theory through chapter three then created a unique management pattern which is a round and oval-shaped management pattern in chapter four. The last chapter is the research conclusion and limitation. We come out the main deduction through previous chapter. Meanwhile we can conclude the limitation of the study and future expectation.The followings are the significance of this study:1).When an enterprise grows rapidly, how can it confront the limited resource problem?2).How does an enterprise put customer's requirement in first priority?3).How does enterprise F build up own own core competitive ability of being a manufacture company?4).How does enterprise F solve the manpower as the main bottle neck by using creative method?5).How can enterprise F produce and evaluate creative management organization to maintain the competitive ability?6).How does enterprise F establish own powerful execution culture?...
