Research On Finance Mode For Nan-Xin Expressway Project Based On ABS Mode

Expressway project is the important infrastructure of the national economy and one of the main ways of transportation which is suitable for the national condition of China. In spite of the rapid development of China's expressway and its system, the problem of lack of funds has always been a barrier to its development.Accelerating the reform of expressway system and widening of financing mode for expressway construction have become the problems that need to be solved. On the basis of past research, the dissertation mainly has researched on the finance mode of expressway project, and some research results are as follows:Current kinds of classic financing mode is comparatively analyzed, and railway ABS financing mode is also analyzed, still, financing mode domestic and abroad of the company for railway project in china is also analyzed, and some lessons is proposed. Based on fuzzy preference relations, according to group decision making theory, fuzzy aggregation operator is introduced into the process of selection of finance mode, and new approach of selection method is proposed. Characters of ABS financing mode is analyzed, and feasibility of which is argued, on the basis of it, the operative procedure of ABS financing mode is proposed, and risks controlling of which is also presented, Case study on Nan-Xin expressway project is made by using ABS financing mode, which has shown the ABS financing mode are scientific and applicable,furthermore, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the risks of the ABS finance mode of Nan-Xin expressway project. Finally, the paper is summarized systematically, and the future study is also proposed.
