Research On Selection And Risk Analysis Of Finance Mode For Harbour Project

Harboure plays a great roll in promoting economic development, and governmentmakes efforts to support the development, in order to expand the scale, however,finance problem is becoming the keybottle to restrict the development of the harboure,how to expand finance scale, and enhance financial quality and level, is the keyfactors to develop the harboure. The dissertation focuses on proposing new financemode for the harboure project based on previous research results, and combined withfundamental situation of project finance of china, and case study is also made in thefinal.Classic financial modes at present are analyzed, and large corporations’ financialmode home and abroad is combed, and effective reference is made. On the basis ofgroup decision making method, selection method on financial mode is modelinged byusing information aggregating technique, and financial mode is confirmed by usingthe selection method. ABS financial mode is defined, the characters and advantages ofit are analyzed, combined with development situation of present capital market ofchina, and application preground of ABS financial mode is analyzed, and procedure ofit is also proposed, operational risks of ABS financial mode are also analyzed, andsafeguard polices are also proposed. Case study is made on the financial mode of Aharbour, based on ABS financial mode, financial mode of A harboure is designed, andrisks of finance of A harboure are evaluated by using comprehensive fuzzy method.Finally, dissertation is summarized, disadvantages are proposed, and the future studyof which is also proposed.
