Research On Rural Residential Land Systems Of Prefecture-level City

Today China is developing market economy and is in the rapid progress of urbanization. When China is processing the urbanization, as the management of the land is different between cities and countries, as a unique Chinese characteristics, "Villages in the city" formed and the urban-rural village is intense effected by the urbanization. How to make good use of rural land is very important to our economy. It can solute the problem of the lack of land resource in our urbanization and increase the income of farmers.This paper sets Maoming City which today is in the process of rapidly growing market and the trending of urbanization for example. From the market economy and the reality of national conditions, we study existing rural land use rights system which used in Maoming City to fine some problems in the implementation process and its impact in the use of literature analysis, systems analysis and other methods in order to give some advices of how to improve rural land use rights system and propose for the prefecture-level cities of rural land use rights reform to provide a reference.The contents and main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) Outline the relevant theoretical basis of the rural land, included what is rural land, what is the trading of the rural land. A grid view of five different modes in trading rural land is post as follow. (2) Introduce today's the rural residential land systems in China, Analysis the system of the rural residential land using in Maoming, setting a point that the rural residential land systems of Maoming has many problems. (3)Research the advanced of other country or location's rural residential land systems. Give some experience to Maoming's changing in rural residential land systems. (4)Give some suggestion in changing the rural residential land systems of Maoming. Outline the right mode of rural residential land circulation systems in Maoming, make some suggestion to improve the rural residential land circulation systems, finally conclude that how to put the changing of the systems into action.
