Along with the trend of rapid increasing market demand and swift progress of global science and technology, the mobile phone products also keep being upgraded, which customer demands ramped to highest level. While the phone industry became to be more challenging for the rapid and product diverse development. Its outline, relevant software and media keep being upgraded,which leading to increasing diversity demand for a small amount of mobile phone industry and the market competition become more fierce in such circumstance. Therefore,the question of whether the enterprises obtain the capability of launching new product with rapid-process, high-quality and low-cost,has become perseverance for the enterprise to be success. And how to shorten the product development cycle,how to achieve rational resource allocation and optimization and to improve the efficiency of new product development has become imperative to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The study from home and abroad shows that the phase of Research& Development for new products is the focus to make up the major cost, The R&D phase , with the percentage of just 5% in the total cost through the whole lifecycle, determines 60%~80% of general cost. In this paper home and abroad about the study of new product developed to be based on the situation, taking into account the F company's actual operation and applying the knowledge & technology of project management, to take study of a small variety of new product development, efficiency in depth system.First, as the knowledge systematization based on the project management of the new product developed and the basic theory, including the time-management of new product development, team-work mode and cost structure management, and theory of speeding-up the process of new product such as the concurrent engineering theory and business outsourcing type. process'theory. Focusing on the knowledge systematization of project management concurrent engineering and new product developing process.Second, the study of project management, the concurrent engineering and process outsourcing with the small amount of diversity in the application of new product developed, taking account of F company's actual operation status, which applied research to extract the small amount of diversity on the basis of new product development efficiency factors, and take deep research for those influencing factors.Finally, as for the small amount of the impact of various factors in new product development for these factors, the knowledge of project management has been applied, which focus on the efficiency of the measures together with series of improvement. These measures include: Team-work management for new product development, Time management and Cost management, moreover process optimization and outsourcing type resource coordination process monitoring. Efficiency measures were implemented through the comparison of before and after analysis, whose results were overall evaluated.
