Study On Product Innovation-Oriented Knowledge Management In Manufacturing Enterprises

With the progress of science and technology, product life cycle is becoming shorter and shorter,and the market competition becomes increasingly fierce. Product innovation is crucial for the enterprise in the market competition,and it determines the enterprises'future and the development potential.Product innovation is inseparable to ues the resources rationally and efficiently in the enterprises, and the most important resource owned by enterprises is the knowledge resources.In recent years, more and more companies began to focus on the role of knowledge management in the product innovation. So, which is relationship between knowledge management and product innovation? How does you integrate knowledge management with the product innovation? How does knowledge management affect product innovation and ultimately affect the innovation performance?To solve these problems, it is bound for providing meaningful guidance in product innovation of Chinese manufacture enterprise, and it also will bring the main effect on the promotion of Chinese manufacturing enterprise in product innovation.Firstly, this article summarizes the theory of product innovation and knowledge management, and constructs the driven mode about product innovation on the basis of knowledge resources.Also,it analyzes the role of knowledge management in the process of product innovation.Secondly, summarizes product innovation process of the knowledge intensive manufacturing enterprise, explores and sums up the process of product innovation and knowledge management activities, analyzes the incentive problem in the knowledge sharing between the members of team in product innovation, establishes a framework of knowledge management process model integrating the product innovation .Then, the capacity of knowledge management is divided into knowledge management infrastructure capacity, customer knowledge process management capacity and product knowledge process management capabilities, and designs a research framework linked to the product innovation performance, which try using questionnaire to collect data of the relationship between product innovation performance and knowledge management capability. In this framework, although some effects have been studied, the researchers who had integrated three kinds of abilities together have not yet been found.Finally, this paper verifies the research hypothesis, and confirms the significantly direct relationship between knowledge management activities and enterprises product innovation performance, and provides some theoretical support and practical guidance for product innovation practice in the enterprise.
