Innovation is the core of enterprise development,and it is the key factor that promotes the enterprise to continuously improve efficiency and constantly adapt to the economic development.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,there were several uncertain factors such as high cost of investment,shortened R&D cycle and high risk of output.However,there were certain restrictions on the innovation,technical and economic capabilities of the manufacturing enterprises themselves,so it was a great risk to innovate alone.Therefore,the implementation of supply chain collaborative innovation was imperative.It could not only avoid risks effectively,but also improved the efficiency of innovation through resource sharing and complementary advantages.In view of this,this paper studied the collaborative innovation performance of supply chain in manufacturing enterprises.The research work mainly included several parts:Firstly,we analyzed the self-organization conditions of the enterprise innovation system,constructed the dynamic equation of self-organization evolution of the manufacturing enterprise innovation process,and applied the software Matlab R2009b for numerical simulation to explore the phenomenon of stability and bifurcation,mutation and gradual change.It was found that the critical point of enterprise innovation activity was determined by the dynamic coefficient and the damping coefficient The direction of innovation was determined by random fluctuations,and the external factors(such as market,supply chain environment,etc.)would affect the direction of evolution and promote the effective progress of innovation.Secondly,based on the supply chain synergy theory,the cooperative innovation mechanism of the supply chain in the manufacturing industry was analyzed.So we built a collaborative innovation revenue model of two echelon supply chain consisting of manufacturers and suppliers.Using the optimal value theory,the income level of the model was analyzed through the data validation in two cases,which were the manufacturer innovation alone and the synergistic innovation between manufacturers and suppliers.It was concluded that collaborative innovation would increase the revenue of manufacturer,supplier and the whole supply chain,and improved the input of both sides in innovation activities.Meanwhile,manufacturers and suppliers should formulate clear responsibility planning to ensure the maximization of benefits and enthusiasm of collaborative innovation.Finally,we summarized the previous research on enterprise innovation and supply chain collaborative innovation to evaluate the synergistic innovation performance.Then we set up the evaluation index system of supply chain collaborative inovation performance,including four aspects:enterprise innovation capability,supply chain collaboration basic conditions,supply chain synergy innovation ability and synergy innovation benefit.Then the Entropy-DEA model was adopted to evaluate the decision making units,which were selected 20 manufacturing enterprises in Shandong Province and its surrounding areas.According to the results of Entropy-DEA model,we carried out comprehensive technical efficiency analysis,pure technical efficiency analysis,scale efficiency analysis,and input redundancy rate and output shortage rate analysis.The results of DEA analysis showed that nine manufacturing enterprises were relatively effective comprehensive technology,and nine manufacturing enterprises only showed effective scale,and two enterprises were invalid in scale and pure technology.Finally,taking Hisense Electrical Corrpany as the research object,we analyzed the problems in the cooperation innovation of supply chain.And we;put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects,which were resource allocation,supply chain cooperation relationship,information construction and cooperative innovation system,so as to improve the innovative ability of Hisense electrical appliances,and also for other enterprises.What's more,it provided several references for collaborative innovation of supply chain in other enterprises.
