Research On Performance Evaluation Of Collaborative Innovation For Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises In Gansu

The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation condition of promoting industrialization process,is the technology supporting industry of the national economic development,and the concentrated reflection of the national and regional comprehensive competitiveness.As an important national defense industrial base of Gansu Province,vigorously develop and revitalize the equipment manufacturing industry is helpful to extend the industrial chain of Gansu province,sustaining economic development potential of Gansu Province and enhance national comprehensive strength.The equipment manufacturing industry of Gansu province has developed into a pillar industry system with a certain scale at present.With the economic globalization and the new normalization process is deepening,the new paradigm of collaborative innovation has broken the limitations of the original pattern,and become the key of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Gansu province to obtain and maintain competitive advantage and sustainable development.Timely examine the achievement of collaborative innovation is helpful to carry out the collaborative innovation activities and promote the collaborative innovation performance.Therefore,the study of collaborative innovation performance evaluation for Gansu equipment manufacturing enterprises has a great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out collaborative innovation activities effectively and improve the overall competitiveness.Based on the research of relevant literature and theoretical background,this paper first summarizes the concept of collaborative innovation,cooperative innovation performance and performance evaluation,etc.Secondly,combining the current situation of equipment manufacturing enterprise cooperative innovation in Gansu,from the three aspects of objective environment,the collaborative relationship and internal factor in-depth analyzes the influence factors affecting innovative performance of collaborative equipment manufacturing enterprises in Gansu Province.On this basis,construct the collaborative innovation performance evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Gansu Province,and synthesize analysis method,analytic hierarchy process and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution to establish collaborative innovation performance evaluation model of equipment manufacturing enterprises.According to the composite scores respectively from the aspects of industry and district analysis the cooperative innovation performance level of 15 listed equipment manufacturing enterprise in Gansu province.The study found that effected by the system innovation,cooperative communication,marketing,corporate culture,operational management and technical innovation.Collaborative innovation performance level of equipment manufacturing enterprises have bigger difference in Lanzhou,Tianshui,Jiuquan,Wuwei,Jiayuguan,Baiyin and other cities.At the same time,different industries such as special equipment,general equipment,electronic communications equipment and metal equipment have varying degrees of effect to participate in collaborative innovation activities.Based on this,from different levels as to strengthen the government to coordinate,build perfect service system,create a collaborative atmosphere,and strengthen the talent support,this paper discussed the promotion way of cooperative innovation performance level to equipment manufacturing enterprises in Gansu province.
