Research On Inventory Management Strategyof Iron And Steel Spare Parts Abased On Multi-index Classification

The development of iron and steel industry occupies the important position in the process of our country economic development. The equipment is the core of enterprise production and value creation. Assessing critical,the paper considers the efficiency of spare parts cost of spare parts (the cost of buying spare parts), the importance of spare parts for equipment(alternative, the failure to the influence degree of the equipment), the availability of Spare parts(the number of suppliers, procurement leading time). And then the paper Uses Analytic hierarchy process to divide spare parts into the A1,A2,A3 level. Combining with the spare parts inventory velocity and critical, spare parts can be divided into two categories, small six classes.
