Face the global energy crisis and climate change, low-carbon tourism is more andmore be concerned about. Because low-carbon tourism is new, there is no internationalexperience for reference. In the process of its promotion and implementation, there aremany problems, which is harmful for the development of low-carbon tourism. In viewof the importance of low-carbon tourism for tourism and Chinese economictransformation, how to protect low-carbon tourism development and what kind of pathbe chosed to develop low-carbon tourism are currently serious problems. The paperanalyzes the low-carbon tourism support system's building body, power factor, theconstituent elements and building process by a low-carbon tourism study to perfectscientific sense of the support system and make low carbon tourism implementationpath.First, the paper on the topics of the research background, research significance,review issues related to international research, research methods and content aredescribed, and the related concepts and basic theory are outlined, to provide a basis forthe later research and guidance.Secondly, from the macro and micro perspective, the paper analyzes low-carbontourism impact factors and explains the relationship of low-carbon tourism impactfactors by the structural model (ISM).Thirdly, according to the objectives and principles of the proposed low-carbontourism support system, the paper builds the low-carbon tourism support system.Subsequently, the analysis based on stakeholder theory to study the main buildingbody and power of the low-carbon tourism support system. With the theory ofdissipative structures, the paper analyzes the building process of the low-carbontourism support system. The paper obtains a complete low-carbon tourism supportsystem constitutes map.Finally, according to the developmental stage, growth stage and mature stage ofthe three stages of the path to achieve low-carbon tourism recommendations.
