Today, low-carbon economy has set off a worldwide boom in low-carbon, whether in Western Europe and other developed countries or developing countries represented in our country are in full swing to build a resource-saving society. While vigorously alternative low-carbon energy technology innovation, promote the industrialization process as technological products, rapid development and popularization of information technology, but also have an important impact on the development of low-carbon economy. With the maturing of information management, information technology affect the development of low-carbon economy between the various elements of the more obvious, information technology is becoming a low-carbon economy-driven development process accelerant and boosters.As the research and development stage, low-carbon path less taken into account the impact of information technology on low-carbon development factors, the study of information technology to optimize the properties of low carbon development path under the enterprise to make prospective exploration. Based on low-carbon economic development goals and corporate information technology capability maturity theory, the paper screened out the main factors of low-carbon development and information technology enterprise level. Based on the theory associated with the integration of low-carbon economy and the status of the information presented on the assumption that the factors affecting enterprise information technology development of low-carbon economy in varying degrees. By way of a questionnaire manufacturing and service companies such as random sampling, using factor analysis method mining information technology and low carbon potential variables, this structure SEM model, and then find out the following information to optimize low-carbon development path background enterprise to achieve low-carbon development companies provide theoretical guidance.Through analysis of the results of the model run, found the information from the different levels of each factor is generated on the positive effects of the elements carbon economy. Where the quality of information in organizational change and development process specification ability to enhance the level of carbon plays a key role; on the other hand, information on carbon management are all factors have a direct positive impact effect, and information technology suitability effect on the carbon impact of information technology management level dominates. Accordingly we can promote the development of low carbon businesses should pay attention to information management and process transformation, optimize resource allocation, strengthening technological innovation, thus effectively reducing carbon emissions, low-carbon economy will maximize corporate interests.
