The problems about global warming, environment problem and energy crisis havebeen increasingly serious. How to developing low-carbon economic has been paid moreand more attention. As a major resource and energy consumption, construction industryshould also take responsibility that to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gasemissions. Therefore, to develop low-carbon building is also a necessary choice toconform to the trend of the times.Taken together, the research and practice about low-carbon building in our countryhave only got started. Based on the reference of the research results of low-carbonbuilding, low-carbon supply chain and construction supply chain at home and aboard,the article presents the ideas that supply chain management mode should be introducedto guide the development of low-carbon building.Primarily, based on the globalization trend in construction market and the studyabout low-carbon building,low-carbon supply chain and construction supply chain, thearticle analyses the development of construction supply chain in our country from theaspects of participants’ consciousness, cooperation mechanism and implementationeffects. At the same time the article also reveals the present problems and proves thenecessary of low-carbon building supply chain system.Secondly, from the point of buildings’ life cycle, static opinion (refers to the frameof the participants) and dynamic opinion(refers to material flow, fund flow, techniqueflow and information flow),the article puts forward the structure system of low-carbonbuilding supply chain in our country and analyses the specific architectural constructsand internal mechanism.Thirdly, the participants’ interactive relationship is discussed according to gametheory by the analysis of spillover effects caused by low-carbon building’s positiveexternality. The necessary that the government participants in supply chain building isproved by the static non-corporation game between government and enterprises. Howenterprise cooperation mechanism effects on development of low-carbon building isanalyzed by the evolutionary game between upstream and downstream firms includingcost sharing, benefit distribution and punishment mechanism. The key of enterpriseresource integration mechanism is discussed by the evolutionary game in the enterpriseson the same platform. Based on the theoretical study and model analysis, the article puts forward thespecific implementation path to develop low-carbon building supply chain and provesthat low-carbon building would maintain healthy,stable and long lasting developmentby policy innovation, enterprise cooperation mechanism innovation and othersupporting following up.
