As the project management is more and more used in the enterprise to developnew product, the schedule management has gradually become an important topic inthe research of enterprise. As the application of the theory of constraints (TOC) inproject management, the Critical Chain Method (CCM) has become the importanttopic in the field of project management in recent years.With the theory of CCM, we want to find the bottleneck in the process of newproduct development based on the analysis of the enterprise' s product developmentschedule. Then lead to the adjustment of the development schedule or reassign theresource of the enterprise.The type of the product develop project is diversity, and the develop process issimple. Based on these features, this research learned from the Modular Theory tobreak down and rebuild the process. Build up a set of new product develop scheduletemplates based on Uniform standards.Then it is possible to used CCM method to manage multiple project schedule.Setup the project buffer and the connected buffer in the project schedule to protect thecritical chain. Make sure the project ended in planed time. And setup the monitor inschedule to improve the management level.With the modularization project schedule, it is possible to show the summary ofthe projects' status and the resources utilization rate. The results analyzed with CCMprovided foundation for deploying resource and optimizing processes.
