Research On Logistic Cost Manaement Improve Of PR Electric Company

After entering the new century,the manufacturing enterprises have to put the attention of total cost from traditional production and marketing field turning to logistics field for raising its own core competitive power,adding new profit growth point,reducing its operation cost.In this paper,the PR Electric Company,belong to traditional Manufacturing which is the national high-tech enterprise,engaged in air purifier products R & D and manufacturing. Like many Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises,PR electrical company faces with high total logistics cost pressure,there have mushroomed in the face of competitors. Under pressure,PR Electric Company try to tap the potential of logistics costs and achieve cost efficiency , standardize management and improving efficiency, finally, reach the purpose of enhancing the core competitive power.In this paper,PR Electric Company's logistics cost for the study,First introduces the research background and current research status of logistics costs,explained the purpose,significance and research methods and content,then,starting from the relevant theory,calculation and analysis of the company to reduce logistics costs on the significance of economic interest , through the company's logistics cost management situation analysis,to identify existing problems and the cause of the problem. Focus from the integration of institutions and personnel adjustments,and other aspects of the optimization process to improve the study, and proposed the PR Electric Company's logistics cost Strategies.
