| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the people’s demand for a better life,the rapid promotion and application of We Chat,Alipay and other convenient online payment methods,more and more consumers’ consumption habits have quietly changed;Breaking through the limitations of time and space,more and more people are choosing electronic payment platforms for online transactions and delivering them to their homes.Online shopping has become an important component of people’s daily lives.With the further promotion and application of e-commerce,the lag in logistics capabilities is increasingly constraining the development of e-commerce,and the importance of logistics is receiving more and more attention.Consumers,while considering the price level,tend to pay more attention to the quality of the services provided by the product,which requires enterprises to provide customers with diversified logistics services at the lowest possible price.Therefore,facing the test of price reduction and constantly squeezing profit margins,e-commerce enterprises urgently need to become more advanced in supply chain management,optimize their logistics cost management,effectively control and reduce logistics costs as much as possible,in order to gain market competitive advantages and achieve long-term development.E-commerce promotes the emergence and development of modern logistics,which supports and ensures the rapid development of e-commerce.The two support and coordinate the development of each other.As a part of the supply chain process and an important link in the operation of e-commerce enterprises,logistics managers should be familiar with the operation methods of e-commerce,integrate with their own business models,and control costs from the perspective of the supply chain to effectively reduce costs and improve competitiveness of enterprises.This article focuses on the optimization of warehousing and transportation processes,and proposes opinions and suggestions for logistics cost control based on this.It is hoped that the ideas for cost control in relevant enterprises can be expanded,with the aim of providing some reference value for cost control in e-commerce enterprises.The case JD Company selected in this article is a large e-commerce enterprise that is highly popular and influential among consumers in the field of e-commerce,and has a certain representativeness.The article first combines the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of supply chain and cost control to summarize and analyze the actual situation of the enterprise using literature research methods.Through quantitative analysis and comparative research methods,it analyzes some problems that arise in JD Company’s logistics cost control,analyzes the reasons for the production problems,and puts forward suggestions for JD Company’s logistics cost control.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation of logistics cost control in JD Company from the perspective of the supply chain,the focus is on analyzing the problems in warehousing costs and transportation costs.The time driven activity-based costing method is introduced in terms of warehousing costs,and an optimization model for warehousing costs is constructed.Therefore,the optimization process for warehousing operations is proposed,and corresponding cost control suggestions are proposed based on the optimization results;To address the issue of transportation costs,a comparative analysis was conducted using the mileage saving method to establish a path optimization model and propose optimization suggestions.Finally,from the perspective of the supply chain,the optimization strategies for logistics in the context of e-commerce were explored,including building an efficient logistics distribution system based on e-commerce,utilizing information technology to build a modern logistics information service system,integrating existing resources with advanced information technology,and proposing corresponding cost control suggestions based on the optimization ideas of warehousing and transportation costs.This study provides a theoretical basis for optimizing logistics costs in the supply chain operation process to promote the orderly development and refined data-driven operation of e-commerce enterprises,and provides reference opinions and suggestions for enterprises to control logistics costs and improve their competitiveness.This study not only has theoretical exploration significance,but also has important application prospects and practical significance. |
