| With the rapid development of technological and improvement of people’s life standards, consumers have the requirement of product diversification and personalization become more and more higher, so that makes the upgrade pace of electronic and electrical products speed up day by day, and the variety of products gradually increase. At the same time, with the increase of public environmental awareness and the government take efforts to promote the circular economy. Therefore, it is time to recycle and reuse the waste electronic and electrical products for enterprises. In addition, recycling the waste electronic and electrical products will help enterprise to reduce costs, improve their competitive advantage and image, as well as to decrease pollution for ecological environment. However, the majority of electronic and electrical enterprises are in the process that they recycle and reuse waste electronic and electrical products, only to use a kind of reusing method, but it is not be fully and systematic reused, and improving the range of resource reuse rate is very little. Therefore, in such cases, the project will study the cost control model of waste electronic and electrical products reuse logistics network from the view of business combination, the mainly study contents are as follows.First of all, on the basic of given this topic research significance, the main research contents and the related literature at home and abroad, it defines the waste electronic and electrical products and its reusing logistics network, in addition, it also introduces the related theory about reusing logistics network and logistics network optimization method to provide the theoretical foundation for the following studies. Secondly, it analyzes the characteristic and proposes the operation pattern of waste electronic and electrical products. In addition, it describes the operation process and system function of waste electronic and electrical products. At the same time, the paper also analyzes the reusing logistics network structure element for waste electronic and electrical products and builds the reusing logistics network framework, on that basis, in view of the uncertain quantity and quality of the recovered products in collection centers, model of reuse logistics network for waste electronic and electrical products is established with multiple-commodity, single-period and limited capability by Mixed Integer Linear Programming(MILP). Thirdly, an example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the model by using IBM ILOG CPLEX software, and the paper does the sensitivity analysis to the model of uncertain parameters. Finally, it summarizes the whole paper and points out the deficiencies and remained research problems.The research result shows that electronic and electrical enterprises can choose optimal logistics network nodes. Such the three kinds of cost as the fixed cost of electronic and electrical enterprises, the transportation cost of waste electronic and electrical products among the nodes and the processing cost of waste electronic and electrical products are the lowest by the model, which improves the positivity of reusing waste electronic and electrical products for electronic and electrical enterprises, and at the same time, reduce the impact of environment produced by waste electronic and electrical products. |
