Since the reform and opening up, export of domestic ceramics has become an important export of light industrial products. Ceramics production has got into export-oriented market model. However, export of domestic ceramics in China's advantage is built on the basis of cheap labor and cheap products. With China's rapid economic development, cheap labor and cheap raw materials and energy cost advantages are disappearing. Development direction is becoming an important export choice for China ceramics enterprises.The environmental analysis is the premise to develop enterprise development strategies. Based on the analysis, it is conducted that the business development strategy selection and assessment. In this paper, TT Company's export-oriented enterprises is taken as a study object, the external environment of business opportunities and threats, the internal environment of the strengths and weaknesses, application SWOT matching theory are used to select the appropriate TT Company's development strategy.In this paper, with the principle of theory with practice, and connection of the strategic theory with enterprises'practice, it is conducted that a thorough strategic analysis, research and discussion of TT Company'domestic ceramics enterprises'business strategy. The following strategies for TT Company's domestic ceramics enterprises are chosen: to continue to use labor advantage, and stabilize of existing markets, with the development of export, actively to explore the domestic market and expand export markets to release the pressure of single export market; Through new plant construction and equipment upgrades to reduce the cost of existing products to obtain cost advantages, thus reversing the disadvantage of poor abilities of business operations and profitability; While taking advantage of upgrade equipment, to make gradual transition of the products level from middle and low to high-end; With the upgrade of product level to solve the problems of the high proportion of energy and raw materials in the cost of low-end products; With the opportunity of new plant construction and equipment upgrades, to apply rational manufacturing lines and automated equipments to reduce labor use and dependence; Reference to the success of similar companies in the domestic ceramics industry, TT actively seeks reform of ownership and improve the overall management level.
