With the high growth of the modern enterprises, the H.R in the enterprise becomes important more and more, and the salary system must be reformed. Be the representative of the high growth companies, Handan steel affiliated company has many products and works in many industrial field and be with complex employee system. The salary system can not match the complex employee system, so only the reform of H.R. system can rebuild the new salary system to push the company grow more and more. The following thesis will be a direction for the salary system reform in the Handan steel affiliated company.The following thesis analyazes the present condition H.R. system of Handan steel affiliated company, and the advantage and restrict condition to make the reform in the salary system. According to the condition, explained the duty settings and described requirement of the duty settings, and present the whole plan of the reform. For the operation duty, management duty, present the reform details and Performance Assessment methord. At the final, present the suggestions for the reform of salary system carry out.
