Henan Dongfang infrastructure engineering co.,ltd.Was established in 2005.It is a local small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhengzhou,which mainly focuses on building infrastructure and basic processing of road and bridge construction.In recent years,with the state infrastructure construction investment increasing,it created much developmental opportunities for construction industry,at the same time also brought more and more competition in this industry.Faced with good development opportunities and fierce market competition,although Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company has been a rapid development more than a decade,however,the company is faced with the organizational structure is not adapt to the development of the current and the jobs obsolete and salary system is not reasonable.These problems have become the bottleneck of the development of Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company.In this article,based on the collected a large number of documents,based on salary theory and incentive theory,based on the experiences post setting and salary system at domestic and abroad,we systematically studied the position responsibility and salary system of Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company.First,this article introduces Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company background,and on this basis,reveals Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company 's organizational structure and post responsibility set unreasonable,salary system is imperfect and so on.Secondly,according to the above problem,optimize Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company 's organizational structure,and reset the posts and responsibilities of top managers,Marketing Department,technology center of engineering department.Then optimize the salary system of Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company based on the optimized post responsibilities.Then design the principle of salary system optimization,according to these principles,the optimization scheme of post and performance salary and reward and compensation is put forward.Finally,the implementation strategy of the position responsibility and salary system optimization of Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company is provided through the pilot implementation and overall promotion strategy.And innovation of this article features mainly displays in:(1)Via senior managers,Marketing Department,technology center of engineering department responsibility setting,optimized the organization structure and post responsibilities of Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company;(2)The paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the position and performance compensation and compensation of Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company;(3)The paper provides the implementation strategy of the position responsibility and salary system optimization of Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company.The study will not only for Henan DONGFANG infrastructure engineering company to provide a set of operational system of post setting and salary,but also for other similar enterprises provide theoretical basis for the compensation system design and analysis approach.
